Photoshop isn't installed here so I can't design one myself either. Can anyone turn a Fabia texture into a Suzuki one? They look quite similar. I don't need much, basically just a white Fabia with Shel, Suzuki and SX4 on it, like this one:

If you feel motivated you can make the headlights larger, put floriscent orange numbers on the side, my name on the car,... but it doesn't matter much, it's fine as long as the rear looks like Suzuki and all the Skoda badges are gone. :D

If you do want to make your own skins you can in Paint, download "DDS Converter 2" (Linky!)

OK, it doesn't work (won't even start). :confused: However I have suceeded in finding a blank Fabia, so could anyone transform that to a texture after I have redesigned it? :D

I didn't change much to the Fabia. Two holes in the bumper have been closed, it now has a Japanese registration and a few sponsor stickers. The Skoda Logo is still on the bonnet. :p

Beware of my new prototype... Skoda chassis meets Peugeot engine and Suzuki livery. Hopefully some good results too. :D

I hope to make it regularly into the top 3 in 2008. :)

Ever seen a 4-door 206 WRC? :D

The part above the rear wheel isn't coloured and I'm now looking for that one. It looks worse on the Skoda as that car is fluoriscent green, the numbers are on the rear door and the tyre pattern is on the roof. :p :

Ok , once you've downloaded the skins, you copy+paste them into

C:/ -> Program Files -> Codemasters -> Colin McRae Rally 2 -> Game -> Cars

If you want to install the cars so you can use the liveries in the SSS too then copy the (car)a1.bfl and rename it to (car)c1.bfl

Replace (car) with foc, sub, sea, pum, whatever car you want to replace in the game.

Why not get the game on PC? CMR2 only needs 64MB RAM and 32MB Graphics. There are ways to get it free too...but I'd be banned if I mentioned them. :D

Minimum requirements: 32MB RAM, 8MB Graphics. ;)

128 - 32 is recommended though.

No problems at all Frozzy, the reason for that is because you probably have your game set to lo-res skins. Go to Options->Graphics and find the option for Detail, and where it says Car - slide to high. ;)

Thought I would put together a little fun rally for the WRC 2008 group. I'd start the thread now, but we do hav holidays swiftly approaching.

Let me know your gaming availability over the next 1.5 weeks and I'll consider beginning the thread.
