Østberg's in.
Camilli, Veiby, Bergkvist and Loubet on R5 cars outside WRC2, while the actual WRC2 will probably be Kopecky's race with Suninen being the best challenger.
Interestingly enough, Serderidis is entered, but not in WRC Trophy against Raoux and Gorban.
Didn't realise Rhys Yates was planning on doing Catalunya. Don't expect too much pace from him though.
Also didn't know three-time world champion cyclist Oscar Freire was rallying now. He's on the national portion of the list in a Kia GT.
Solid list anyway. Wish I could be there.
I'd point out Jon Armstrong too as a DMack entry (yes, he's in WRC2). He was a joy to watch in Germany. I wish all the best for him.Quote:

Well, i made my calculation based on a medium price of a competitive new R5 car, which i thought is 200k. A multiple Estonian champion (has raced/owned WRC cars, S2000, N`s) is also building himself one (Audi S1) and he said that is could be 2-4 times cheaper, depending on what components are used. Especially when one can save on expensive jobs and doesn`t count them.

Finally got everything sorted for Spain. Will be there for the full rally! Five events this year (if I include GB). Not sure that will happen again but a nice way to celebrate the new era.

Heading to salou next week with 4 others and at the minute just planning on doing shakedown,start,several services,salou stage and finish. We are not hiring a car because it's doesn't mix well with the planned beer consumption! Does anyone know of any coaches/transfers that are available to reach the other stages? I'm sure this would be a popular option out of salou?
