Hi all. I'm Dogued from F1Forum and I've been maintaining the Interforum standings for the season after Pob was unavailable for a while. I know a few members from other forums dropped in to grab the data for their own players, but I hadn't gotten around to joining up everywhere.. till now. Thought I better come share the news that Tazio won the "Interforum ZDKF1 Individual Points" title by 5 points over F1 Forum's Wb.
I wasn't sure how many categories Pob was doing before I took over, so I ended up with:
Interforum Championship (max 2 players in the Top 10 for each forum, point ties were sorted by pole time)
Interforum Individual Championship (Top 10 points gained over the season)
Interforum Qualifying Championship (2 points within 0.25%, 1 point within 1%. Point ties sorted by total time)
Individual ZDKF1 Points Championship (Total points gained for all active Interforum members)
Category results were:

Interforum League Champions - F1Forum.org (488)
Interforum League Runner Up - F1 World (315)
Interforum Individual Points Champion - Pob (F1 Technical) - 127 Points
Interforum Individual Points Runner Up - Tazio (Motorsport Forums) - 121 Points

Interforum Qualifying Runner Up - DDDD (ja606) & Pob (F1 Technical) - 16 points
Individual ZDKF1 Points Champion - Tazio (Motorsport Forums) - 740 Points
Individual ZDKF1 Points Runner Up - Wß (F1Forum.org) - 735 Points
Mr_Swiss and mfCOD scored well throughout the season, and as a group Motorsport Forums finished in 4th place (5 points behind F1 Technical in 3rd).
For 2018, I'm happy to keep going (and post each week to each forum) if the interest is there.

Correct, the players above you weren't part of the Interforum competition according to the player list I received at the start of the season (and from updates by trawling entries each race to look for forum tags).
In total over the course of the season, there were 43 players across 10 Forums registered.
Based off those entrants, the top 5 Interforum Players on Individual ZDKF1 points were:
Tazio - 740
Wb - 735 (F1Forum.org)
Pob - 727 (F1 Technical)
Alcig - 707 (v2)
Frank - 706 (F1 World)
The other Individual championship was based on Interforum Top 10 from each round. I didn't have the exact sheet from Pob to work that one out, so based on what was observable from the past seasons entries, the rules on that one were:
1) Highest ZDKF1 score from the entered players
2) Tied ZDKF1 scores then sorted by Pole time difference
3) No more than 2 players from each forum in the Top 10
4) Absent scores not included.
Tazio placed 2nd on 121 points (1 win in Italy)
COD placed 14th on 65 points
Mr_Swiss placed 21st on 39 points
Koz placed 35th on 1 point
The Qualifying Championship was another one were I didn't have specifics, so the rules were simply:
1) 2 points within .25%
2) 1 point within 1%
3) Total Time Difference to separate positions
4) Absent Time Included In Total
Tazio placed 4th on 15 points
COD Placed 14th on 11 points
Mr_Swiss placed 17th on 10 points

I've tried creating the thread a couple of times now and it isn't posting or it's not being approved for some reason. I had the same issue on F1tech (an over zealous mod kept rejecting it) before the admin made sure it finally got through. Perhaps my post is sitting waiting for approval somewhere? Have submitted again just incase a McLaren Gremlin escaped and ate it!
Either way, I did pop over today to resurect this thread at the very least, to let everyone know I'm still doing it for 2018 and picks need to be in by midnight Thursday this week!
Just a reminder, can you make sure your name has MF_ at the front so I don't miss anyone! I'll post the list of entries following round 1, if I have missed someone then it's easy to pop them in and adjust results.

Just a reminder, I am unable to alter ZDKF1 results if you miss the deadline. I am also unable to recalculate your score if you send me a late entry list.
What I CAN do is the following: If you PM me on the forum BEFORE Q1 STARTS, I can use your previous race prediction (and remove the penalty on my records). Late Pole Guesses will NOT be accepted after FP1 begins as changing weather/huge gains in speed during FP sessions can give an advantage.
So I would suggest you take some time between China and Azerbaijan to put in dummy predictions for the season which you can edit before the race date.
Also, a side note: I'm based in Australia, so forgive any delays in posting... most races finish at 3am so I don't get to results for about 12hrs.

We return to Europe (Well.. depends who you ask and where you stand...) for this round, to that historic track around the city of Baku.
Since serving up a race in 2016 that only rivaled Sochi for "Miss Boring 2016" title, Baku certainly delivered last year and followed it up with another great race this season.
