Yes, do you know I think there will be!

Ok entries coming in floods for this round, if you haven't entered before and think it isn't worth it for less than half a season why not approach it as testing for a full campaign next year.
Ignore analysis of testing etc, look at the past 3 years results (Germany, France, Spain) and how the Monte went this year for driver tarmac capability. Then check how the drivers have done in the lower levels. Finally what power does each car have. Almost impossible to make a case for Hirvonen and Evans to make top 8 except for major mechanical failures / crashes elsewhere (they do seem to have become the tortoises to everyone else's hares). Kubica, if he stays out of the scenery, will do better than the M-Sport guys. If Hyundai are going to do well on any rally this year it has to be this one, unusually I'd say the team leader will struggle to beat the other members (as a repeat of last year with DS ). Meeke loves tarmac, Ostberg is indifferent. So looking at VW Ogier just has the edge on JML (who hasn't ever won a tarmac WRC round) BUT Finland has shown the JML psyche appears to be in the right frame now which will put a big pressure on Seb O (he appears to be the driver who is currently best able to handle it, even if he doesn't hide the fact he doesn't like it). MIkkelsen will do well to get top 6. Just my opinion but I doubt we will see a Hirvonen, Ostberg, Kubica podium ;)
The Germany pickems results are sure going to be very interesting.
Just processed the pickems guys:

Really low scores with the unusual results this time.
Haha only got 6 points this round!! Going to have to pick it up in Oz with top marks!
OK shakedown results in - Kris showing he's currently in a purple patch. Europeans, you've only got today to get your pick concluded, mid-evening GMT cut off time.
Interesting that there are a number of different picks for winner but the basic selection criterium is if you have picked Hirvonen, Mikkelsen or Ostberg to win then Meeke, Latvala and Ogier must not be higher than 5th as they will all be on Super Rally for one of the above to win ;)
Hoping personally that this is the rally that finally blows the Championship wide open for the last 3 rounds. I shan't be following in detail as I'm undertaking my annual Goodwood Revival pilgrimage, just a catch up over breakfast each day.
Don't think I want to know, but any update to the Pickems yet? :)
Sorry guys but I didn't have a chance to process them, I will do it the soonest possible.
A bit late with Australia pickems but are processed now, almost time for Rallye France pickems...

Very exciting!
I added a cumulative points chart, have a look
Cool! My nightmare in Germany is even more evident in that graph!
Updated pickems scores are online now:

After this one I take the lead in points ahead of harriswrc and Henkie.
The results after Catalunya are online.
Overall the top 5 look like this
harriswrc 317
makinen_fan 308
Henkie H 307
pettersolberg 306
arko5 305
harris is almost certainly the winner with the 9 points lead, while for the rest of places it is pretty much open.
Don't forget to submit your WRGB pickem!
omg...have i won the Poland round? ... and now splitted second place.
Now that I have returned back home from a brilliant Wales rally, I have processed the pickem
Congrats to harriswrc, he is our champion.
In joined 2nd place we have three people, myself, olemann and Henkie H.
Full results here: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...WRC_pickem.htm
Congrats to harriswrc.
Thank you for the work on the pickems makinen_fan.
And congratulations to those who did well. i had a fairly good start, but it went fast downhill from there :)
Tonight I'll be posting a flickr thread for Harris to chose his framable sized, signed photo. After he's had his pick I'll be putting the others plus some smaller items on e-bay to defray the cost of the recovery charge I had to pay when I had a double puncture on my way to Dyfnant last Saturday morning - I managed to see the WRC run of Dyfnant 1 and that was the end of my WRGB. Didn't get recovered until 5 pm by which time the tyre shop was shut, so I had to sleep overnight outside Kwikfit in Oswestry. They didn't open until 10am so Alwen and Brenig couldn't be reached in time. It's a good job I'm well-adjusted and fatalistic or I might have been REALLY pissed-off ;)
Thanks for all your work this year. Hope to be competing next year as well. Good job!
Apologies, life got in the way of forum work last night - try again tonight
Ok Harris will have the choice of one of the signed photos that can be viewed at https://www.flickr.com/photos/74mex/...7648978199460/
I'll announce his choice when he's nominated it
Thanks for all the participants' enthusiasm and my especial thanks to makinen_fan for his marvellous work in computing the results.
Thanks for this, joined for the last round this year and will endeavour to run a full year next year.
Harris chose the Neuville Hyundai photo from the 2014 Monte shakedown. Now Christmas (and my personal problems) are out of the way I shall finally get the photo in the post to Greece on Monday 5th January.
All the other photos (and some additional items) will be on e-bay this evening.
