Anyway, what do you expect from Nasser on gravel stages in Mexico? He is usually very fast on gravel and I would like to see his name high on the timing lists.
Ricardo Trivino in a Ford WRC?
Dunno! He is entered in PWRC for sure.Quote:

Ken Block should be at a local rally in Missouri next weekend where I normally volunteer. Not with a WR car but some kind of AWD Fiesta that should give David Higgins (contracted to Subaru USA) some competition.
Name will start in Mexico with the Mini WRC he gets the Mini Sordo drove last year "1 WRC". So Prodrive will be there atleast for him.
Just a show car!
As I recall Ken won the 100 Acre rally in the 4 door Fiesta. That is to date his only win with Ford. It doesn't seem like he will be strictly a "rally" driver any more...Quote:

Sordo drove that one, and then it got used as a test for potential buyers, like Warmbold for example.Quote:

Has he something to promote with it because he has connection with Mini because else I don't see sense in bringing that car in without driving the rally.Quote:

Anyone got any info on this Name guy? If he is driving any MINI I assume he is reasonably talented?
Here is some info about Francisco Name - Autosport
(it is in czech, but you can use translator)
Something like official page is here - Pancho Name
In 2005 he won the Mexican 206 Cup, allowing him to participate in the Rally International de Bourgogne (France). Then, in 2007, he won the Mitsubishi Cup driving a Evo IX. He not only has competed at his country, besides he won the rally Tour of the Republic of Ecuador in 2008. Last was his best year, winning the last four rallyes (on tarmac) of the Mexican Championship, finishing it in the second place, despite of mechanical problems in several rallyes at the start of the Championship in his Evo X.Quote:

I thought this was an absolutely horrible livery to begin with ... but then I watched the interview video and realised it was an asymmetric design, and I loved it.Quote:

Did you just make this up? Very very slim chance, impossible in fact.Quote:

Shouldn't entrylist been released on 15th february
Atkinson in a second Monster WRT car in Mexico.
Is that now official? I can't see a published entry list but I have been told that Atkinson is in a Fiesta WRC, so I thought he may have been using Matthew's car because of his injury.Quote:
