Ford should have sent Jari-Mati Latvala or Petter Solberg in Finnskog too, because Miko Hirvonen is no match for Henning Solberg and Mads Östberg...look at gaps on SS3(23km long) :mark:
At least Henning managed to take 2nd from Mads with a weaker car :p :
I am sure Mikko's primary aim is testing and not winning this rally. I don't think these results will be repeated in Sweden.Quote:

Rally is exactly on the half way. Four stages to go!Quote:

-30 !!! degrees in Finnskogen area, some are saying that icecrystals (snowsmoke) hanging in the air is a big problem for all behind Hirvonen.
Problem for Craig Breen in SS5 ??? Puncture ??? :s
Now equal overall time for Mads and Henning after SS6 :p :
Who will be ahead after the longest stage(SS7, rerun of SS3=23km long) ??? ;)
Seriously?Quote:

Many drivers behind Breen have their time on SS6 but not him for the moment :mark:
Well, it is Finnskog (Finn forrest) :)Quote:

Encouraging speed from Henning - to beat Ostberg is impressive. Hopefully he can show his true speed for the first time in a while in Sweden and maybe secure a budget for the rest of the season.
gotta say I am very impressed with Henning's performance in an older spec car (Evo 6?) against Mikko in a state of the art World Rally Car.
As I understand both Mikkelsen and Østberg had an puncture on ss7.Quote:

Since they were most likely on different kind of tyres it doesn't say much.Quote:

Henning had great advantages of narrow tires, and I'm not sure what size he had on the restriktor.
But I can tell that Hirv was very impressive
Don't think we can put to much in these times, it was mostly a testsession :)
Mads car was ready friday night, due to missing parts.
Henning use narrow tires, maybe 1sek/km faster?
His old mitsubishi, 2sek/km slower?
Kristiansen rolled at ss7 and retired, but there where only bodydamages at his car.Quote:
