I'm aware of Travis now but year back I didn't know who he was.
I am just hoping that somewhere down the line in the future that Travis has kicked off rally as a serious sport here in the US. And maybe perhaps a round of the WRC.
Until last year, my only knowledge from Pastrana was from Fox catalogue where, he then at 14 years old did a one hander off a cliff with a motocross bike. :)Quote:

It's starting now miscalculated the time a bit in my earlier post sorry
Shakedwon usually ends at midnight local time. This means we can get some final results in around 3 hours...Quote:

Simon Jean-Joseph IS the man!Quote:

don't expect the new impreza to set the world on fire.
they're still finding big chunks in testing, and the team doesn't expect it to immediately challenge. they think it will need three or four gravel events before they've got it where they want it.
PAASONEN. It should be easier to write than those mediterraen freaky names, not to mention french ones ;) :DQuote:

Ok, got that out of my system - carry on with Rally Mexico 2007 :)
Shakedown Results .. anything ?
Is there any up to date info anywhere.
The Rally Mexico site is still showing DRAFT documentation so they must all be on Tequila time, they'll update after the party and the big sleep off.
WRC won't give you nothing unless you pay for +
According to this Petter and Loeb are the fastest on 2,53min think it's safe to say that this is highly unoficial :D

You must be joking! Jean-Joseph certainly got his fair deal of chances and simply didn`t deliver. World class driver? I very much doubt it...Quote:

Have to wait till I get home, vid feed is blocked into work. Damn ..!
Watching live from the service park, I have some thoughts...
Just think. Now it's 4 pm in Mexico... There're lots of mechanics around Subaru car, worrying about smth... Less people around Citroen cars: no more then 2 persons at the same time. And then Ford... Wow! there's absolutely nobody! Oh, no, no, there's one lonely mechanic cam and went away...
Why do I pay such a big attention to it? Hm... A simple logic: the more someone care about smth, the more they are uncertain about this subject/object. Almost the same thing as in Norway on shakedown: Marcus and Mikko did 2 runs and then had a rest: they were sure in their cars. Seb did a bit more runs, and in the race he was a bit slower than the Fords. And Petter with Chris did lots of runs in the shakedown and then showed almost no pace compared to the top teams. can the story repeat there? Can the thing that Ford team already at rest mean they're prepared on 110%? While Subaru guys again worried about their performance...
Mexico rally website won't offer us what Norway and Sweden did(quick shakedown results for instance)it seems
Thanks a lot)) But... haha... Companc faster than Hirvonen and Sordo - than Loeb and others make me think that in this rally shakedown is specially "untrustable"))Quote:

I think things vent wrong for Paasonen when Mika Sohlberg started as his manager, also trying to show speed with a Skoda is not so easy either, has to overdrive all the time.
I wonder if the C4 is really that faster than Fords on gravel, or it's just a shakedown, and Ford's guys were relaxed?...
Wtf, subaru gimp?

I'm sure in 2005 it was Francisco Name Junior the one who did Corona Rally Mexico. ;)Quote:
