Last year me and a few friends in uni restored a imp as a project. Its on my MSN space under Historic Motorshow. Took a while though but we didn't have enough time to have it running. The Engine builder made a mistake so that's the reason why! :imubash:

AA? Quick someone kill the heretic who speaks these evil words. The AA messed me around 2 years ago when insured with them and cost me multiple fees with the bank due to their policy of 'we take the money when we feel like it because we can', then someone from the Imp club broke down today only to be sent the most idiotic serviceman ever who went the wrong side of the motorway twice before managing to not have a clue what to do until he was told what the problem was. Apparently he'd never seen an Imp before. :rolleyes:

D.R, where are you in this fine country? If you work out roughly how much it'd cost we can probably work something out. :)

Presumably you need to have a degree in electronics engineering to work for the AA these days. Distributors, points, coil - how quaint - sorry mate, we don't carry parts for antiques.

Well I occasionally pedal a '69 Mini.

Pays to know most of the basics to carry out roadside repairs when running a classic car. Some folk just look to see where they can plug in their diagnostic 'pooter. :rolleyes:
