It would mean hell of a lot more expenses for organizers to repair the roads if proper winter conditions would apply so they decided to back off. It snowed a few weeks ago and there's currently a snowstorm outside, but the weather is still around zero and that's bad for early January rallies. If it would get really cold now once the ground is wet it would be perfect, but I don't think that'll happen.
