Sorry, but the best driver between privateers is Mads Ostberg. The second best is Novikov. Prokop is the third.

yes Ostberg and Novikov are not members of factory team but theirs cars are litlle bit closer to the factory cars then Prokop car.

I heard that in NORF they will have similar engines and I think even the suspention as factory cars.

Any Loeb test video? wrc.com said he tested already
