Bearing in mind that this rally was his first in a Fiesta WRC and also that it's a tarmac one, I think that Solberg's performance was not bad. However, I won't be happy if I see him fighting for 2nd place in rallies such as Mexico, Portugal, Acropolis...

I was very impressed with Petter. New car, a rally where he's never done well, and he wasn't prioritized in the team until Latvala crashed (most evident when Malcolm told him to not run studs/softs diagonally like everyone else. That cost him a minute).

Sordo, an expert on asphalt was shocked at the times Petter were setting saturday and said after SS15: "Honestly, in this stage I was pushing really hard to be in front for the last one. But here the feeling was not so bad, and Solberg took 8 seconds in 11km. Congratulations to him, I really tried.. I don't know."


Really excited to see what Petter can do in the Fiesta on surfaces closer to his skillset, like snow and gravel.

this reminds me my non-compulsory Brewing class where the professor told us that usually Brits do not start drinking below the age of 16...i still remember the whole classroom bursting to laughter :D :D
