I count Scotland as part of the UK, which is average with its 23.3%. Albania is also average with 20.1%. Ireland's territory is 16.1% arable land. Keep in mind the non-EU criterion. ;)Quote:

Iceland is right! 0.1% arable land.
The other country borders Ukraine, but it's not Belarus.
