I agree 100% with pretty much everything else you said but you believe Delecour would still be a force in the championship ? I dont think so.
Francois did quite well, but as a tarmac specialist, driving a decent car and competing in his own back yard (local knowledge)... I actually expected a bit more from him. In saying that I suppose it could highlight the difference beween his and the Factory cars?

Agree. Delecour did what Kankkunen did in Finland 2010. And yet we couldn´t think of Kankkunnen as a major threat in WRC. Neither Delecour.

But it would be great if they would.

Yes, Latvala is faster but that's because Hirvonen is really bad on tarmac which doesn't make JML especially good. JML is still extremely crash-prone and you could hear from the interview with him that he was mentally shaken. He now has to win in Sweden or at least beat Loeb and PSolberg to get he title fight back on track. If he crashes again it's already game over.

My thoughts exactly, its unlike loeb to crash more than once in a season (Last year was very rare) Now Jari Matti must go the rest of the year without a crash...Unlikely I admit, but stranger things have hapenned!
