Man with blue shirt isn't a spectator - he is FIA official. so it's allowed 'help' = safety provided
That's why I wrote *might mean*. Also don't discount whining factor if Ogier would be slapped with DQ. Having said that, if spectator help reduces time crew spends on tyre change on the stage (rather than between them) and directly benefits one competitor, would you look through your fingers?Quote:
