Not going to have any fingernails left by tomorrow afternoon. Come on Elfyn!!!
What Evans says to rally radio?
Great attitude from Evans. If his car is ok he will take on Neuville.
"So maybe tomorrow, I find my way" by WRC radio now..... perfect! just perfect! :)
The question is... Will neuville fight and risk everything against a guy that has nothing to lose ??? or he goes for 2nd and expects wilson not to give team orders ?
In sweden m-sport opted for the safe choice and let latvala win. Lets see how risky hyundai is especially with paddon out....
Absolutely no chance Wilson asks Elfyn to go steady tomorrow.
Evans has the financial support from and drives with DMack so i don't think Wilson will give any order for the moment (to possible upset DMAck), maybe only in the end of the season where the big price is there. But why now talking about orders, first let's see what the first stage brings. I think a win for Evans is the best thing M-Sport can have, also for Ogier.

I still don't understand how EE can be so competitive one day, and loose everything the next day. What happened with Dmack advantage?
bacause he had problems with car today which he didnt have yesterday ?
Why are we even talking about team orders? Did I missed something? Aah I see, because there are no honors to talk about, pity.
If there was to be a team order for Elfyn it's to keep 1st and to do that he needs to push. Of course he'll go for it.

Great success indeed, this time at least un-rollable, maybe damaged the cage.:(
Tactic dilemmas:
Evans has nothing to loose imo and will try to push, he has already shown speed. Champ points don't matter for him personally and for team there are 2 other fords.
Neuville, prbly starts fast and see. If he is not closing in he wouldn't risk it, he is gaining points on Ogier after all.
Tanak is likely to push no matter what.
Ogier I think he will play it safe and focus on power stage, hoping one of those ahead makes a mistake. Either way he'll be extending on Latvala and a point loss to Neuville even if he wins wouldn't be very high.
The narrow and twisty bits are going to suit Hyundai more than Ford.
1:38 at SS12 Ogier has quite some off-road excursion, slow speed but still.
Just back from the Service Park, what a frantic place! Latvala gave away his Toyota cap to some guy who gave him an Argentine flag with his family's name on it. At the same time, I waved, he waved back, and I almost peed from the excitement.
A couple of oddities: Citroën's tents were completely empty and void of people; their people were snooping around the Toyota garage. Also, Hyundai began giving away cans of Pringles and people went mad. Almost got trampled on my way out...

What a great and exciting rally.
Go Neuville.
Meeke fucks it up again... On the bright side...he didn't lose his diffuser. M-Sport should ask Citroen for some tips on how to mount it properly.
Now considering Meeke's involvement in development of Dirt Rally, I'm starting to understand why it's so easy to roll your car in the game.
i want the arab team to pack up and get the hell out... pity for breen but thats life.
I prefer the french version of citroen and not the joke they present us with the last few years, and they should get that bloatfaced paper champ with them and let someone with a clue run toyota.
its sad because in testing the car looked ok.
Meeke's off is not in the highlights and the onboard is not on. Fearing it will end like Hanninen's 3rd day off in Corsica, no vids and no info.
Anyway the corner where it happened is at 4:20 on Neuville's onboard from same stage. Fast wide and smooth corner. Has to be different "setup issue" to blame on then. (Citroen's explanation of the SS4 one).
Does Citroen bring enough spare parts for Meeke? :)
Ogier little off, dunno on which stage this was https://twitter.com/MundoRallys/stat...92924422074368
