Here are Ogier and Ingrassia's declaration after saturday.
http://www.rtbf.be/sport/moteurs/ral...sia?id=9278213
It's in french language unfortunately.
I just report this sentence from Ingrassia.
"On the second pass in the stage, the 25 cars of the national rally, Ford Ka, small "yoghurt pots" have brought the loose gravel, stones, our "lines" because they do not have all the same path as the WRC. The first on the road must redo these lines then. Later, for the following on the road, it's immediately a fine line. "
Now I fully understand Paddon.
These guys are so unrespectful. Describing other competitors as drivers of "yoghurt pots", who maybe have worked a whole year to fullfill the dream to drive in the WRC round it's just stupid.
I hope we will get rid of them both as soon as possible.

Well said mate.
Some may find Ogier's complaining distasteful but he is essentially correct.
Would his competitors also not prefer to beat him on a level playing field?
useless video^^^

i didnt wrote it for you RS.
just for some guys who forget
Logically it is a level playing field, because the second fastest finisher in the championship starts right after him.
My best take https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L5h_SCV9u3M

About road position issue I do agree with you. 2014 regs were the best scenario imho. Now the first in the road is too much disadvantaged and has no chance to win, even if he is in another level like Ogier. And that's not good because the best has to win. The same goes for when he is advantaged but it is on much less rallies. He has a point and I don't deny it.
About Ogier as person instead, the discussion is different because is ok if you don't agree with regs but if you become a douchebag and disrespectful guy, if you only talk about your disadvantage every time in any occasion, if you describe other rally cars as a yoghurt pots, you don't know what rally is about and you just are a little man who nobody wants to have something with.
I repeat, the sooner he goes away the better. Loeb was winning all the time but I would never wished him to leave WRC.
i have just send them another really polite email since they did not answer my previous one
hello again
were you guys bullied at school and try to retaliate on wrc fans by those stupid camera angles on the on board footage ? why a bumper cam you complete incompetent sorry excuses of a the human species ? what a bumper cam has to offer apart from making feels like really fast snakes ??? are you people retarded ? DO YOUR JOB or hire someone to do it for you.
Best Regards
The normal shitty cam is still an option though, bumper cam is just an extra.
I like bumper cams, as any other non-standard view, but this doesn't include pov cams they present, this isn't (P)oint(O)f(V)iew, they should call it something else (spider view on the glass corner for example).

In non-standard view I mean all weird cams (damper cam, back cam showing the dust car generates), but these should be only occasionally. POV cam should be between driver and co-driver seats, the best if the two side windows are visible as well.
With the camera stuff as well I think there's an argument that image stabilization is taking the drama out of the videos.
My biggest issue isn't always the camera angles themselves, it's just the fact that they don't reflect the speed (or the violence) of a rally car.
https://youtu.be/6OBkbLYs89I?t=8m56s - Look how fast Meeke appears to be going here, simply captured on a two-year old GoPro.
Its all about the angle... even the chinless vagabond dog Block looks fast with the proper angle.

If not AP4 but a R4-kit will probably be next year but let’s continue in this thread.
Yep, ’14 rules made more sense, with champ standings counting only for first day and second/third with reversed order from previous day classification. We all know that current rules were an easy way to undermine Ogier dominance. That's why he complains.
But it’s fair to say that even with a proper starting order in Argentina, Ogier wouldn’t be much faster than Latvala (the Finn has showed many times that he’s as fast as his team mate, but lacks the French consistency) and Paddon could beat him anyway. The Kiwi amazing determination was the key factor to win this one.
Btw, the i20 improvement was also crucial. In Sweden Paddon proved the car was fast, but Hyundai’s guys made a great job making it reliable, especially after Mexico troubles. After all, 2016 is becoming a fantastic WRC year.
Here is that putt in the road..
Well here it is. Paddon onboard on the powerstage from inside the car.

Edit: Or actually I should say 'mix between useless face-cam, bumper-cam and still shit incar cam.'
The over-the-hood view isn't so bad; that's what was being shown on the live broadcast and it was pretty good at showing how hair-raising the stage was.
Compilation of some takes from the top drivers: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xZm2fELZB2s
They don't reply. I also sent them e-mail...
It would be as if Paddon would say "sh!t boxes", it'll offend some but we know what it means. I think too it's the language barrier.
I prefer it, I'd be disappointed if they get rid of the current one, but understand the demand for it.
I'd prefer the choice to be available to be honest. At the moment they have the dash cam and the face cam... what's the point of the latter? Has anyone ever watched that one for a while? Replace the face cam with the 'behind the driver' one and I don't think anyone would complain.
