Well, I'll try to get it started:

1) New Zealand - Parlaimentary Democracy?
2) South Africa - Republic?
3) Portugal - Monarchy?

I know, its a lame question, but what do you expect from a distracted mind?

Edv, I won't question you on the accuracy of your gov't forms. Unfortunately you kind of have to know where the three races took place......

I know that a race was held in China early on in the season. So I will put forward:
1. China - People's Republic etc etc
2. Netherlands - Monarchy
3. S Africa - Republic?

I can see a link between Jomo Kenyatta (first president of Kenya) and Sir Seretse Khama (first president of Botswana), but nothing springs mind to connect all 4.

Carthage Tunisia, Menara Morocco.

I'm going to have to boogle if I don't get anymore hints.. :)
