At a quick glance it looks like a subscription for a magazine which includes the model, my Spanish is non existent so I could be wrong.Quote:

Im not sure theres a massive market for pewter models, but they are cheaper and pretty well detailed.
Theres a chap that does them for around £10 each.
I asked about an MGZS model and he needed a run of about 50...

Ive been clearing out some of my old models and have a Onyx David Leslie BTCC car from 99 if anyones interested. Boxed and Limited Edition certificate!
Hello chaps. Not posted in awhile, but thought i would check it out to see if my fellow collecters have been busy adding to their respective collections or not.
As for myself, i havn't added much to my BTCC collection, just a 1991 Rob Gravett Sierra, and Laurence Bristow M3 from 1990. Apart from that i have added a few to my F1 collection, but to be honest there just isn't much about at the minute. I find that eBay has been overtaken by eBay shops rather than the good old days when a bargain might have been availiable in a proper auction, now even most regular sellers are trying to sell there items with the 'buy it now' option. Which is dissapointing.
with this recession etc, people are looking to save/make money but it is good for collectors like me who are looking for these models
bit on the bigger scale ive just finished my 1:10th 1992 DTM BMW E30 5 weeks to do :S
will post pics if any ones intersted in having a look

The "BTCC Racing Links" on the right hand side give the answer away a little bit... ;)Quote:

Just wondering how much you think this model is worth as I'm expecting the guy to come back to me with a price early nest week.
Like I said this thing is amazing quality and perfect in everyway, it's in the latter stages of 1990 Ford credit livery.
Any help would be appreciated.
as owner of 1:18th Minichamps Model's myself and with it being 1:18th and if it is the origanl model id say about £60-£80

Glad to see people are still using my pictures!
As WSRfan82 said, 1/18 Models are generally worth £60-£80 unless they are something really special.. Not sure I would class the Gravett Sierra as something special!
I am after some advice on paint colour for a couple of kits I have. I have had the kits for a while but haven't got around to making them as I'm unsure of the paint colour (mainly been working with white models!)
The models in question are:
1993 Toyota Carina of Hoy / Bailey
http://www.stillphotography.co.uk/ga...nds_w.jpg.html
1993 Mazda Xedos 6 of Watts
http://www.stillphotography.co.uk/ga...ll2_w.jpg.html
If anyone can help I would be very grateful.
THE WEEK 2 WEEKS MY INTERNET GOES TITS UP IS THE TIME THAT BOTH MODELS I WANT ARE THERE TO BE HAD!
BUGGER IT!
probably get into trouble now!  :(
I wish someone would do an MG ZS model :-(
It's been tried but the company that now own MG said no to it being produced!
There is not even a standard road version to use as a base for a conversion!
I got myself a nice model the other day on ebay. It's the V8 Supercar that John Cleland drove in the 2001 Bathurst race.
I know it's not a BTCC model but I thought with it being Cleland's car you lot might be interested.

Very nice mate.

Realistically, what models would you like to see done?
Off topic: I bought 2 models today from ebay, 2007 Tom Coronel Seat Leon and 2007 Augusto Farfus BMW 320si. Great models and hopefully a great addition to my ever growing collection

Although the chances of most of that list is probably zero, so maybe I wasn't being very realistic!
I would like to see the Integra's of Matt Neal and also the Jordan's. Also Tom Chilton's Civic (Lego Star Wars), All the Vauxhalls (Not made by Oxford), Jones's Seat Leon 2008 and Plato/Turner Seat's 2007/8.
See I'm not too greedy am I.
Some BTCC BMWs shouldn't be too hard, given there's at least 2 potential 1:43 Super 2000 moulds been made that and at least 2 1:18 one's too.
I have made 1/43 Matt Neal Integra's from 2005 & 2006 and have posted pictures previously. I still have decal sheets for both cars so I can still make them if anybody wants one.Quote:
