I think the punishment depends, how it was measured. If it was measured by rally control center by GPS, then it will be handled only by rally context. If it could be measured by police on public road, then "usual person" may end up in prison for some "think about it" day(s) and bye-bye for driving licence for long time. You also may have to re-do your driving licence exams. In short, FYI, don't mess with Estonian police :)Quote:
