Tanak's rally could have easily ended on that SS6, lucky to climb up

Hasn't surprised me too much, Tänak has been very good on tarmac in the past, especially Germany. Today he's put everything together well and he's deservedly leading.
Great job from Mikkelsen today as well!
Mikkelsen beat Meeke (with same road position) by 55.4s and Breen by 59.5s. I was expecting him to be fastest of them based on previous experience and performance in germany but not by that much.
It's a combination of new codriver, experience, car developed for him, which gives him huge confidence boost. Tänak had been ok on tarmac, but never that good. Enough praise, still two days to go.

Looks like Meeke just give up.
Well done by Tanak, but my surprise for today is Mikkelsen. Didnt expect that pace, he seems on the mission or something.
I'm very disappointed for Ogier's mistake in the last stage.....but nothing cruisal....Panzerplatte will separate "boys from men"!!
Great day for MSport title chances with all three in the top 5.
Ogier ahead of Neuville on the road tomorrow.. if that means anything with the changable weather.
Look at Hänninen who many here were ready to fire, he has upped his game once he has done a few events
Trolling?
Stop this stupid nonsense...
Upped to where?
6th place, 25s behind Lappi in his first WRC tarmac event before Lappi crashed.
Would have been some 40s behind Latvala without Latvala's technical issues.
He did a bit better than expected, but good enough for what again exactly? Place in the factory team with probably highest or second-highest budget? Not for me.
