Two months till start of Croatian Championship:
Rally season in Croatia starts in Kumrovec fourth consecutive year. Narrow special stages with many crests are known as most difficult in Croatian Championship represent the real challenge for all the crews. Rally Kumrovec of 2014. brings 75 kilometers of special stages set up in accordance with the highest safety standards by the FIA??. Vehicles with expired homologation (such as WRC) are allowed as well as Historic cars. The maximum number of entrants is fixed at 80 vehicles. Classes are assigned as follows:
Class 1 cars (S2000, R4, R5, RGT, N4)
Class 2 cars (A7,S1600, R2C, R3C, R3T, R3D)
Class 3 cars (A6, R2B, Kit-car from 1400 ccm till 1600 ccm, N3)
Class 4 cars (A5, Kit-car till 1400 ccm , N2, R1B, N1, R1A)
Class 5 cars (Kup S1, S2, S3, Historic)
Entry fees are fair, and give an opportunity to old WRC owners from surrounding countries to compete on demanding stages.
Special feature for the crews is promotional driving, during which their sponsors or fans can experience a co-driver role. In comparisson to the last year, the Super special stage is to be held on Friday, 28th of March in Terme Tuhelj.
Rally Kumrovec was once more, second consecutive year voted the best rally organized in Croatia. The award for season 2013 granted by the Croatian Automobile and Karting Association was recieved by representatives of the AC Delta Sport at a ceremony in Vodice on January 25th. The resulting award is to be justified in this year. Therefore, the working versions of the Suplementary Regulations and Safety plan are already submitted for certification to the ASN. Publication of the Suplementary Regulations is provided for not later than 20th of February 2014 - a month before the closing of entry applications.
Last year 45 crews competed on Rally Kumrovec. A total of 28 reached the finish podium. After two consecutive wins of Hungarian driver Janosz Szilagyi with co-drivers Viktoria Zejda (in 2011) and Botond Csanyi (in 2012), in year 2013 Daniel Saskin and Damir Bruner celebrated the victory in their cameo appearance in Kumrovec.

Hello to everyone from Croatia! I want to show you video from "4. Rally Show
Santa Domenica" held in Sveta Nedjelja (Croatia) on 24.11.2013.
It was a circuit gravel race with 4WD, FWD and RWD cars, one buggy and few
Dacar rally cars. For me, one of the most attractive cars was Lada VFTS with
Hungarian drivers and one Croatian Crew (kali?).
Rally was open almost to everyone because drivers was allowed to compete
without possession of National Automobile Federation license. Intention of
rally show was to get closer to spectators and general public. I think that
was one of the most viewed rally event in Croatia!
I hope you will enjoy the video!

First round of newly established championship in Bulgaria for Rally Sprint was held last saturday around Samokov, 6 stages in total, 3 uphill, repeated downhill. Lot of slush, conditions with which many crews were not comfortable, some of them even didn't have proper tyres, some didn't pass scrutineering with technical problems, some barely finished. Ignat Isaev with Mitsu Evo IX had the courage to push and won showing some nice driving. There were some drivers returned to Bulgarian Rally stages, like Nikolay Zlatkov after many years and Rumen Dunev after few.

Can anyone from the Nederlands tell me which championship is the official Dutch one?
Open Nederlands Rally Kampioenschap (ONRK) or Rallyclinic Nederlands Rally Kampioenschap (RNRK)?
Thanks! :)
Open Nederlands Rally Kampioenschap (ONRK) or in English Open Dutch Rally Championship is the official 'international' Dutch championship. Strange enough is that the Rallyclinic Nederlands Rally Kampioenschap has exactly the same calendar with one rally more (the Autosoft Vechtdal Rally), but it is the Division 2 of the Dutch rallies.
There is also a Division 3, which is called 'Account Software Short Rallykampioenschap'. That are much shorter rallies and they are only in the Netherlands.
Here you can see all the calendars of Dutch rallies this year: http://www.knaf.nl/rally/6-kampioenscha ... -2014.aspx
Danish driver IB Kragh on entrylist of Tank's Rally in the Netherlands ;)
Can you tell us the other events and their dates of that championship? Thanks.Quote:

Yes, there are some foreign drivers taking part in the opening round of the Dutch championship thanks to the West-European Cup. However, there won't be any WRC cars on the start this weekend, for the first time in quite while for a Dutch round. The battle will be between a lot of Evo's (Van den Heuvel, Kooijman, Van Hoof, etc) and maybe Kragh in his 207 S2000.Quote:
