I do not hate rich drivers, as an example I really like Novikov and I think he can get much better than Mikkelsen.Quote:

I'm also very concerned about NOS' onboard video archive, it could well end up being deleted/taken to some remote landfill site as a waste - over ten years of WRC footage destroyed is something which gives me chills. Maybe we should start asking around? I already did, but with slim results. Those have to be saved.
Maybe Ford/Citroen media could upload some onboards to internet, atleast during the NOS period they had access to onboard videos. Most likely this season will be very poor onboard-wise. :( This is a return to the pre-2007 season situation when WRC onboards were not shown nearly anywhere.
The NOS-onboards are so bad, that it is no problem if we never see then again.

This guy should be hired! THAT is onboard.
Yeah, I saw that also. I think he met a woman on Colin´s Crest and it was a touch. The woamn decided to make a report to the local police because she experienced him to be ignorant to the accident.Quote:

Rallying as a sport held on public roads is fully dependent on a tolerance of local people. Maybe in Sweden the stages lead through forgotten areas where there are no people living and traveling. But there are also many other countries with public traffic on stages during recce because You can't stop the everyday's life of thousands. Closing roads for the rally itself is more than enough to make some people crazy. If You add few accidents and some portion of arrogance the stage is over. Rallying in my country is a perfect example how to lost some classic stages for that reason...Quote:

This was according to the article a way for the woman to express her aggression to the drivers behavour not to the accident itself. But - being a local knowing there´s recce going on should also mean some tolerance. No rally in the area of Varmland, there would be no villages and habitants as well. That is a true fact.
