Today's Rally Hedemarken ends the 2013 Norwegian Rally Championship (is it the first national championship of the year to end?), Anders Grondal wins ahead of Sveinung Bieltvedt and wins the championship!

Recce or War?
Not sure if it was already said, some days ago Gregoire Hotz won the Rallye du Suran, 6th round of the Swiss Championship and with this win he is the 2013 Swiss Rally Champion :)

Gross, was this time driving with his father and according to the rules, his father is now also champion in rallisprint:-)
There was one big crash just after the jump. Driver was taken to the hospital but hopefully nothing serious.

There weresome funny happenings. Tänak got only 10th place during first pass/stage, because he had not enough fuel in his tank and he could not drive till the end in full speed.
Top three for the mini rally as well as for the rallly sprint was:
1. Gross/Gross Focus WRC
2. Koitla/Ots Mitsubishi evo IX
3. Tänak/Mölder Subaru Impreza

Another reason is possibly the fact that he has pretty much won all he has taken part in 2013. There is noo competition in this class for him. And it is one step to prepare for 2014 season..

On this stage, the timing said Van Merksteijn jr. was 7.6 seconds faster than Kuipers. Kuipers' co-driver didn't agree with this at all, but the time was not given back. In the end Kuipers still won, but see this video and judge by yourself if the difference on the stage really was 7.6 seconds..

Yes and codrivers seat is open for everyone, You just need to be on wednesday In Saaremaa to do the recce and be able to cover Your own costs for rally! That's the news from Alexey!

Some notable news?
1. Tänak driving with Kruudas co-driver as he has the chanche to become Estonian Champion and Kruuda agreed to drive with his youngtime mentor Kuldar Sikk
2. Kruuda is not driving MMM car, they have big disagreement. This is also the reason why MMM R5 was for sale.
3. Timmu Kõrge is the second contender for the championship. He must finish second (if Tänak wins) and must finish the powerstage also second (if Tänak wins) to secure the title. By the way, both are from Saaremaa Island :-)
4. Kaspar Koitla is driving with Andres Ots (usually co-driver for Kangur) and as MM-Motorsport is renting car for Kangur and he didnt had co-driver then they "rented" their teammanager (as a co-driver) also :-)
5. Weather will be beautiful, but very cold in the morning
6. I belive that decicive stages will be stages nr 5 and 6

Humar has a chance to become 3rd time national champion, but he must watch for his main rival Tr?ek. There are more options, but as the rally itself is held in a Humar's birth town and surroundings, the clear favorite is more than obvious.....
