I think he means that they had to change the venue for the tests due to snow in the area they had selected before. I've been to this tests and there is no snow at all.

Anybody hear who knows what the all new never seen in WRC components are that David Lapworth said the MINI WRC will have?
I have not been able to find that out until now?
