Sunday contain 4 stages. 3 BS(Boring stage) and 1 PS )))
Should be power day not power stage. Give 6 points to the fastets guy and 4 to the second. Then we'd get some racing on the last day

Actually, all tactic depends how first ones are doing. If Tänak is doing really good time, then there is no point for Latvala and Meeke to push. If Tänak happens to make some mistake or something, then there it makes sense to drive fast with hope to take points away from Ogier and Neuville (but it does not sound realistic in this case).
The same with Hundayi and Citroen.

Rallies almost always used to be like this by the last day. Massive gaps, only a few top cars left, nobody pushing...
Many years on the RAC rally you would have survived the weather for 4 days and the last day was like a procession...boring to spectate.
Thankfully this is rare now...
