Interesting!
Does anyone know if theres a bookmaker offering odds for the rally?
Dear Bluuford,
As always, thanks for the weather forecast.
It seems to be true:Quote:

Very nice guess of Mirek wasn aware about Astra Racing style of working as a team. Toni's 207 must be a bit slower but very slightly then the factory ones coz Ucci had one of the last evo's on his 207 at San Remo I thought.
Anyone know if there will be some free online video streaming service of the live stages available like there was last year?
I have just bought a new HDTV in time for Monte but I won't be at home for all the stages...

It's great to see François Delecour with large smile in mouth and so many asked by the fans :D
Thanks, if none of those work I guess I will have to pay for Eurosport Player... I think the live stuff only works on the IRC website for people who can't receive Eurosport in their country?Quote:

Sounds interesting: http://irc.rallye-info.com/article.asp?sid=11&stid=9130
I count Francois among drivers, who are capable of top-three position at the end. With his huge experience this is not mission impossible......Quote:

What about Loix in the Skoda Motorsport Fabia?Quote:

Elsewhere, and looking on the entry list (as it is the only means I have to access to who is doing Monte Carlo as it is impossible to form your own entry list because it will change so much at every event) I have saved on my PC I would predict that Florian Gonon will be among the Group N racers in the Impreza. Maybe because he is the only one I recognise.

I doubt Delecour will do anything spectacular , remember Auriol ?
Although I would be happy if he would prove me wrong :)

Solberg gets indeed the Norway flag on his car so Peugeot Norway probably on front bumper then too :)
Yes, for them and also for Cavigioli and Valdes!! :-DQuote:

Yes, car and service is from Racing Lions.Quote:

I expect at least one stunning stage time from him though where he pushes hard but doesn't crash.Quote:

If the stages are dry then I fully expect him, Kopecky and Loix to be the top 3 cars due to their asphalt skill. If its wet or snowy then the Solbergs, Mikkelsen and Hanninen must be favourites.
Solberg is obviously one of the fastest drivers on the World right now but I cannot understand how Peugeot decided to support him instead of Ogier.
I remember seeing onboard footage of him in last year's Monte Carlo while chasing Hirvonnen and I must say that was the most incredible driving I have seen in a while.
Same - I'm not an Ogier fan but watching him catch up Mikko last year was amazing. Personally I think it was the Monte rally 2010 that matured Ogier into the driver we saw this year - his disappointment when his car broke on him just as he caught Mikko must have really kept his feet on the ground and made him more determined to succeed.Quote:

Couple of interesting things from that video; I think I can see 5 Fabias in the SM service area so I guess Mikkelsen is being serviced by the works team here? Also Hennings car is being run by his brother's team.Quote:

It will not be easy but I try my best.”

Any news from the shakedown so far? I couldn't find anything until now.
I believe there is no shakedown.
What are the weather and road conditions like on tomorrows stages?
Will rubber choice be a big issue or will it be plain tarmac?
It is some kind of Citroen policy that it does not let their official Seb´s drive other makes. Even 207 seems to be not allowed. That is it!Quote:
