No, no only S18 was cancelled. They are leaving from service park right now in order to start the SS17!Quote:

Here is Eurosport video from yesterday for download: http://muj.edisk.cz/stahnout-soubor/..._276.02MB.html
Pluto sent sms that Sergio Silva made a frontal crash and that Sousa has engine troubles.
Well I know that my english is not very good but I repeat. The rally is not over yet. They will start the next stage (SS17)...Quote:

Yes, that's a good question, In the last two rounds for Italian Championship Fiat Won on tarmac surface. Kronos boys are few steps ahead than some Italian drivers, except Paolo Andreucci!Quote:

Kris is the winner!
Edit: but stage stopped....
Edit2: Alen accident...crew ok
And it's there! Big congratulation to Kris Meeke for stunning performance. I also would like conratulate Kopecký and Vouilloz for great fight. I didn't expect Kopecký to be so competitive here :)
Good that Alen and Alane are ok. I only hope that marschals won't do some silly things with times. There are some tight fights between another crews...
So, no points for Abarth
Conratulation for Kris! The new star was born!
And we are still wating for first Skoda win!
Perhaps Allen would like to secure 4th place due to small gap from Loix(5.4 sec)
Now he f@cked up everything
Well done Meeke :D
Not so good from Alen..... :(
Loix was blocked by Alen...and rally restarted
the skoda is a quick car no dout about it,its day will come soon, fair play to kris and paul,
Loix lost more than 3 minutes
Edit: OK I get the answer ;)
Tom, can You read?
Yes agreed, good drive by Kopecký, another consistent result :up:Quote:

Loix in trouble on SS17, loosing 3 minuts
Edit, being hold up by the too eager Alen :-(
Peres, Rautenbach, and Bruno Magalhães were also blocked by Alen. The rally will restart with F Wittmann..
EDIT: And Alen arrived to the finish of stage...
Rautenbach will finish 7th overall then ????
Hmm, Rautenbach and Wittmann are 2 seconds from each other. I wonder what the marschals do with them...
If Kopecky can go this quick on gravel then they should be ok on tarmac.
Disaster for Abarth. Poor pace (clearly behind Peugeot and Skoda), lack of reliability on Basso's car, and another crash by Alen :(
Worst thing for Alen is that now 2 of the 4 gravel events they are entering this year have gone and now there is a lot of tarmac coming up.
So depending how the final stage results are sorted out, Meeke should lead the championship 2 points ahead of Loix? (presuming Loix finishes 4th)
So the stage is cancelled and all crews are given time of Vouilloz.
double post
Is the rally over, what about ss18?

Nice drive of Kris again. Next step is to wait for Eurosport coverage. I must say that the stages are very nice and so different from other rallies.
Hanninen and Alen 0 points..
Yes, makes a change from the blandarama of WRC events.Quote:

I am certainly planning a trip to Azores though! Either for the rally next year or just for a holiday. Great advert for the islands
You just took that from my mouth!Quote:

Yes, local nature is really, really beatufiul. But not remember, that local temperature isnt so high (average in the summer around 25?) and here is windy. But I can recommend this island to everybody who loves trips and nature :)
