For all crews which restart a time penalty will be applied. This time penalty will be as follows:

Looking at the Ford Mexico Preview video it looks like the onboard camera guys have finally found a way to attach a camera to the seat's "ear" which gives one of the all-time-best inboard angle IMHO. :)

Maybe this could also be applied if he didn’t get to the time control and the engine is the reason.
