Still some people who ordered it with shopto have got theirs already and excpets for the muppets who expected it to be an ubber sim they are saying it is very good! Cant wait!

edit: apart from a pit lane glitch which keeps you in there for ages

@Bagwan - nothing wrong with GP3, although the new-age people would consider the graphics dated. I still think it had the best AI I've ever seen in a F1 game, the way they defended their positions was amazing. In GP4 they weren't that aggressive.

Yeah , GP4 was a great disappointment .
I had to upgrade the graphics card , and traded in the old one to make it run , and then GP3 wouldn't , so I was stuck with it .
That sucked , and was the beginning of the end for the series for all of us as we up-graded .

And , as for the team order , wouldn't it be more fun to turn your AI team-mate into the bushes as you "let him past" ?

The thing I always find with Amazon is that the orders turn up a day before they predict it will, probably makes them look better, I dunno.

My one from Shopto is here now so I'll go play it and report back :)

Got F1 2010 today on the PS3 and it's brilliant.

So far I've done three races of my career, starting in the Virgin:

Bahrain: Qual: 20th Race: 23rd
Australia: Qual: 19th Race: 22nd
Malaysia: Qual: 16th Race: 23rd

All I can say is the handling is very realistic, the AI is smart and in general I'm having a lot of fun with it. Waited 3 and a half years for a new F1 game on console and it's lived up to the expectations already.

A couple of little bugs which will be patched but other than that go out and buy the bloody thing! :D

my eta is 25th september...which is promising, considering my eta for 'four lions' on dvd was estimated today but arrived yesterday, from amazon again.

ha-ha, now that would be realistic!

For those who have tried it, how realistic (if any) are the car set-up options? I.e. adjustments for things like aero set-up, tire pressures, suspension, etc.?

My biggest problem is the friggin graphics! They're pretty and all, but the cars, waaaaaaaaaay too shiny! Once they get more than a few car lengths away, I can't tell what is in front of me, it's just a big glare with tires...
