0 for Heidfeld
1 for Bourdais
0 for Liuzzi
0 for Red Bull
6 for Renault

= 7
Your bonus GP was Australia, so 7 * 2 = 14

I count the FIRST engine that crosses the line.
The finish was:
1 - Mercedes
2 - Mercedes
3 - Mercedes
4 - Toyota
5 - Renault

8 - Ferrari

Counting the first time an engine crosses the line the points are given as follows:
