What's on my mind?
It is a hot day outside and I am @ work. Feels odd.:p:
All the praise Serena Williams gets is ridiculous. Not even an nfl player is pumped up with as much drugs.
Nothing to say as my mind is on a break. Just moving this thread back up my list ahead of the recent garbage/spam :)
On my mind is the fact I have no time these days :p
Hi everyone
On my mind is that Robbie Williams will sing tonight in the plaza where's my workplace. If I stay late and get on the roof I might have a glimpse of it.:p
Memorable evening the other night. Saw Rush for the 4th time in 4 different decades ( :uhoh: ). R40 world tour. 2 1/2 hour show (blame the missus for the crappy quality pic, taken with her iPhone 4 :p: ).

Working on a job application. After being with one agency for nine years it's time to move on.
Thanks, Anfield.
Gadjo, loyalty does not span lifetime, unless it's the loyalty to your country or your family. Employers come and go. My world revolves around my interests, not theirs. ;)
Yeah....I'm probably the only fool who refused to move in another department where I could travel abroad and gain an extra bonus just because I thought I'd disappoint my ex boss who despite being a very difficult person, insisted in the past for my promotion.....:s
Nothing on my mind at this moment. The sun is melting and flowing on earth. My brain is also melting at 37 C degrees in the shadow......
Same here. 37C and no escape from the fortified compound. There are mountains on the horizon in every direction, but there is no reaching them.
Rudy, you talk like a prisoner although I bet your fortress has a pool.
But the romantic in me would think of you as of the count of Monte Cristo
Because of the high level of humidity, polution and the hot asphalt in the city, the 37C in Book a Rest are felt by human body as if it were 60C. :s
Right, that's funny. Bar, pool, gym, coffee shop, but no freedom of movement. That's the deal that I've chosen. What can I do?
At least it's not humid, but there's a lot of dust in the air.
If I had a pool I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Guve me a pool and I'll be happy.
First day of my Management degree today. Even though I have a computer degree already and have worked etc, and I am quite mature,I have to admit I am as nervous as a kid changing schools :)
Just remember that everyone puts their trousers on one leg at a time. ;)
Trousers.... I knew I,d forgotten something
Holliers !!! :D :D :D
I think that I've come to the conclusion that:
Treaty of Versailles (1918) + Warsaw Pact invasion of Czechoslovakia (1968) = The Economic Conditions Imposed by the Troika on Greece (2015)
When you have the Troika impose conditions, which are backed by countries which also have had austerity imposed on them (like Latvia and Ireland), then the conditions can't be great. The Greek Government now effectively has zero control over it's own Fiscal or Monetary Policy and is still expected to achieve something.
Basically Greece is cussed beyond all cussing cuss and is totally cussed.
A nice piece on Greece from about four years ago:

It's "not appropriate" to talk about gun control in the wake of mass shootings... er...
http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/...n-2015-so-far/
There have been 204 mass shootings — and 204 days — in 2015 so far.
That's sorted then.
Sitting in the sun at Silverstone. Watching vintage racing cars of all sorts.
F1 cars up later.

"Spain is different" the slogan goes...
Public wifi with default router passwords
good job I'm not a kiddie :andrea:
Fell down this morning on my way to work. Now I'm waiting at an endless queue at :emergency hospital to see if I have a broken bone. :s
It's a broken finger at my left hand and it needs 3-4 weeks of immobilization. Also some trouble on a rib but the idiots didn't even bother to have a radiography although it hurts like hell even when I breathe.
Wonder how I'll get through this whith my responsibilities.
Oh Gadjo. So sorry to hear that. I know how horrid it is to break bones. However you have other responsibilities as you say, hope you get some good news.
Just saw this....really sorry to hear.. These things take their own sweet time to heal properly too, but take care and don't rush it. I broke my little finger on the left hand, sounds ridiculous but had to strap the last 2 fingers in place for 5 weeks, very awkward to do usual daily stuff with that on your hand. At least it was the left hand, are you a rightie too?
I don't know, how did that happen, but I don't understand anything at all any more. That's on my mind. Utterly confused. What should I do now, next? Where to go?
Umm?!?! :uhoh:
