Overall it was a good rally... the result was unexpected but confirmed that Loeb is the true king.

I hope that Hirvonen stops with those ridiculous tactics of his in the next gravel rallies because it really doesn't help the sport or his already weak image as the second best driver out there. I wish Latvala to gain more consistency and be the no1 contender this year for the title, at least i think he won;t use tactics when he fights for the win.

Well, I said that Loeb is going to win. Unfortunately I was right. Now we can only hope that he is going to retire after he has won every rally at least once.

I don't believe that the tactics are decided by either driver of the Ford team.

But compared to the WRC cars..... how close are the times? Worth to say S2000 cars are close to performance wise to the WRC? Fun and exciting (to what the WRC use to be though hehe)

Good advertising for the struggling WRC.
Some interesting battles in WRC as well as in PWRC.

Shame that PGA was forced to retire from a very good position in an outdated Fabia. Once again showed that he is a great driver, who hopefully will get a top car for 2010 somehow.

There's no way that Petter would do any better. He's past his glory days for good. His situation for the past 2 years has reminded me of Tommi's last year.

As much as it pains me to write this, I completely agree. We can see some signs of life in Petter's driving, but I don't think we will ever see as good & consistent performances again.
