Yes, a great pity for Travaglia. He lost one of his sponsors and Mitsubishi Lancer is all he can afford now. What a pity, yet another year of constant changes of cars and teams for this great driver... :(
:(
And this is already a fourth different car in this season (after Abarth, Pug and Fabia) for Travaglia. But Travaglia is a fighter and with Lancer he has still good chances for a top-result. Remember, this is a gravel rally.....Quote:

If he doesn't have money for San Marino, he could hardly have money for Ypres. Try to think a bit...
Quite strange because Brian Lavio stopped to run the swiss championship because lack of budget(reason given at least)but can run the ERC rounds instead
I think that was planned, Tom. If you read sometimes on rally-erc, he said that he would absolutely drive in the ERC this year.
yyyyyes, the car exists :D

Very niceeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I thought Skoda Italy was partner with BFGoodrich for the tyres
Longhi has been using Pirelli for a loooooooooong time...
Wrong !!! He used BFGoodrich when he ran for Subaru last year(100% sure) ;)
As Andrea Navarra this season...
Hups, sorry :)
Pics shakedown :D

Live results (SSS now): http://rally.ficr.it/tab_schedule.as...nifestazione=3
No trace of Alex Raschi and Alexander Zheludov on SS1
Finally Raschi 19th, Zheludov 58th.Quote:

He crashed the Focus WRC in a little wall ^^Quote:

Problems for Felice Re and his Xsara, I heard the car is not performing like last year anymore (don't know why).
These guys (except Pisi on the Grande Punto) are nothing special IMHO, kudos to Cunico (old braveheart) but the speed isn't there anymore ...
We have to see CIR and TRA to see some good italian driving :p talking about San Marino, I also think that Toni G. has almost no chance to win with that slow STI ... maybe he can beat Navarra (same car) but I wouldn't be even sure of that :p
Start SS2 San Marino at 9.36am...in a little bit more than 30 minutes ;)
SS2- where Longhi?
Navarra has a small off(lost 5 minutes), Longhi looks like mechanical problem before SS2... :mark:
Starting raining on current SS3 :s
Kudos to whoever said Gardemeister wouldn't find it easy, he is only on a similar pace to Travaglia so far. I thought he would be a bit better, but I guess this puts another nail in the coffin of the myth that WRC drivers are on a vastly different level.
Looks like problem with starter or batery...Quote:

But everything OK for Ucci, Rox and Dati... :D
Ucci is on his own league now winning SS4 by huge 23 seconds.
Gardemeister third after SS7.
He is fourth.
Yes, you're right Mirek, sorry. ;)Quote:

Go go Travaglia ! :)
Ucci is on his own league, even though 44 years old he's still the best in Italy.
Rossetti good but not enough to beat Ucci =)
Rossetti is now cruising, he accepts second place =)
Great battle for third position between Dati, Toni and Travaglia, only 19 sec split overall
Toni G passes Dati, now 0.5 sec ahead ! Travaglia is 13 sec behind... 1 stage to go
Disaster for Toni G and Travaglia in last SS ^^
Andreucci won ALL special stages !
N.1 for Ucci, again.
Andreucci was wayyyyyy faster than anyone else. Pitty that he doesn't drive abroad :(
Great Colombini and Trentin 4th and 5th :D :D
What happend with Garde in the very last stage?
