I am going to stick by the riders that I picked from the start. I don't like throwing out a rider because he has had a bad start to the year. Every rider deserves a chance IMO.

Ninja Stars Racing Team - First Sector Report Card.
The Ninja Stars Racing Team have endured an unusual start to the season with many delirious highs accompanied by the depths of too many lows. John Hopkins just can't take a trick so far this year. After riding with injury early in the year, he has come to hit some form but that hasn't translated into the results we'd hoped for due to circumstances outside his control. Hiroshi Aoyama has been pleasantly consistent and we're expecting even stronger results ahead. Sergio Gadea has shown he has the speed to be at the pointy end but the smarts haven't been there often enough and he has disappointed so far.
Nori Haga is much like Sergio in his performance so far this year but his recent form has been strong so Nori and the team are confident that his bad luck is now behind him. Broc Parkes has had a solid start to the season overcoming some nasty injuries lately to keep him in championship contention. Both Garry McCoy and Ivan Clementi have shown some impressive speed but both have been plagued by bad luck.
Rider Grades:
John Hopkins - C+
Hiroshi Aoyama - B+
Sergio Gadea - D+
Noriyuki Haga - B
Broc Parkes - B+
Garry McCoy - C
Ivan Clementi - C+
Ninja Stars Racing Team would like to thank riders, Gadea, Clementi and McCoy, for their efforts but unfortunately their grades just aren't up to scratch and they are to be dropped from the team.
Their replacement riders are Yuki Takahashi, Nico Terol and Joan Lascorz. This gives Ninja Stars Racing the following rider lineup:
John Hopkins - $1mil
Hiroshi Aoyama - $1.5mil
Yuki Takahashi - $1mil
Nico Terol - $600,000
Noriyuki Haga - $3.5mil
Broc Parkes - $1.5mil
Joan Lascorz - $750,000
Total Salary - $9.85mil.
The Ninja Stars Racing Team are now confident that the first third of the season has laid a solid platform to work from for the remainder of the year and that the new additions are just what we need to see a surge forward in the championship standings.
NoBlouse Racing announces its "Close the stable door after the horse(s) has bolted" team revision.
Out - Sofuoglu (maybe next year Kenan), McCoy (maybe next year Triumph) and Corsi (actually you were doing ok, but our chief toecutter was on a roll).
In - Neukirchner (Schnell! Schnell!), Lascorz (Privateer with pedigree) and Di Meglio (Frenchman riding for Finnish team on an Italian bike which is another Italian bike...)
We would also like to take a moment to express our confidence in our continuing riders, who are doing a sterling job under often trying conditions. Especially Mr Holland, who deserves a far better bike than our budget will currently allow - a year of learning the tracks will do wonders for his 2009 performance should he remain a viable WSB candidate.

Team Hurricane is clearly very happy with it's performance in the opening rounds of the 2008 racing season however it is not going to rest on it's past performances. Looking to increase it's lead in the points standings sees us having to say a sad farewell to Lukas Pesek who is still learning the ropes in the 250cc class. Taking his place on the team is 125cc front-runner Nico Terol. We wish Lukas well for the remainder of the season and look forward to working with Nico.
