Yes Janusz, I have completely list of entries from Spa-Sofia-Liege 1964.
Acropolis 64
9 is R.(Richard) Martin-Hurst and I think second crew member A. Clark was Roger(Roger Albert) Clark.
Acropolis 66 was Peter Harper/Ian Hall (Robin Turvey was with Harper on 66 Tulip).
Swedish 66 Are you sure 10th (Elford) was with John Davenport? In his book, Elford says David Stone (but he has other mistakes in his book...!)

Akropolis 50 Years Jubilee book also indicates Ian Hall as a co-driver to Peter Harper, but they placed them in 8th with Zasada 6th and Lundh 7th, The Motor of June 4th 1966 gives as follow (provisional results): 6th Zasada, 7th Harper and 8th Lundh and Autocar of June 10th 1966 gives top 6 with Zasada 6th. I looks I made mistake... (?)
According to Swedish'66 my only source was Peter Haventon's book (~Ful fahrt over Sverige) and there I found Elford/Davenport.
