Looks like roads are more loose and dusty this year. this surface makes bigger caps than before. They say that road is loose cause heavy rain this summer in Jyväskylä area. Forexample look at Evans time in Päijälä stage. Almost same speed with Neuville and Östberg? Maybe can think some changes for rules of a starting positions?

Agree on getting assessed times finalised. It is not that hard as there are rules to follow.
It is effecting top six overall and WRC2 results.

What is going on WRC?
There are no splits on Stage 16 it's too short.
So, Meeke in a solid lead, big fight for third podium place. About time they adapt Breen's time and also those of WRC2 drivers, little bit messy now.
