Yes but they usually follow only one other. Team relays target time if they need to drop behind of more than one driver.

Ogier slotted 2nd behind Loeb. Excellent team work by Citroen (ironic comment). Ogier going for the win and Loeb now very likely to lose even the podium (if Hirvonen wakes up).

The good team scenario was to slot both cars behind Petter and if possible Ogier behind Hirvonen like day 1, but seems Quesnel tries to boost his protege championship hopes while also hindering Loeb.

That's one of the problems of Ford. They have very rarely two drivers together on top to support each other in these moments. Usually one of them is far behind for any reason and the only one between Citroëns can't do much...

I think that Citroen team is divided into two parts. 1st with Loeb ahead do rally job, and 2nd with Quesnel - play chess, tactics or otherwise else but not rally.
I think Loeb can win without tactics just cuz he goes fast, unlike Ogier.

It doesn't matter how great driver Loeb is, he CAN'T win tomorrow with pure speed. Others will have to do mistakes or hit problems.

Citroen has some explanations to do to his leader in points how he ended up doing a no.2 driver job when they had an extra and fairer option for both. And Ogier should man up and admit the deliberate side of the thing instead of playing the innocent and the saint.
