Brilliant, brilliant win for kris! :D :D :D
Shame the battle with Loix ended like it did as it has been brilliant to watch, especially live on TV ;)
S*** happens as people used to say but still I'm very happy for Juho. To tell the truth I didn't think he would be fifth or even fight for podium before the rally...
Great rally and fantastic chance to watch the final battle online. Going 6 minutes of last stage with Juho onboard was thrilling for me :)
Congrats to all finishers, especialy for top three. Meeke is on his way for the title. Hope Kopecký can beat him in Barum and Juho in Russia :D
Don't you have Eurosport Mirek?Quote:

I hope Skoda extend their programme further, at least for Kopecky as he could have a real chance for the title.
Why are You asking for Eurosport? I watched the stage, not in TV but online through internet stream as I'm curently in a student hostel and I have no TV here but good internet connection :)

Well done to meeke and nagal, its great to see the brits doing well in rally again, to win on your first go is unbeliveable!
Is Skoda doing Russia Rally next?
Nice gap for Meeke 30 points
Loix 24
Kopecky 21
Vouilloz 14
Basso 11

Congratulations to Chris meeke...he showed he can handle pressure in an unknown terrain !!!! lets hope the Citroen Junior team rewards his results.....
I beleive they only do Russia, Barum and Sanremo for the 2009 IRC. Kroos is not doing Russia, but Abarth will. But Skoda should outpace the Grande Punto, so have Kopecky collect a valuable amount of pointsQuote:

im chuffed, brilliant win, for kris, didnt expect that in honesty , well done, this will give him soooo ,much confidence, with Russia and Maderia :)
Another great win for Meeke, but would he be able to be first without Loix's bad luck?
Maybe but it wasn't so much bad luck for Loix as driving error, he went off the road and broke a rim. Felt under pressure from Meeke perhaps? Loix admitted that it was his own fault.Quote:

What a great rally! Also great you can follow the results on the radio (that is typical in Belgium), so we didn't miss a thing on the stages...
Awesome result of Meeke, he can put himself next to others like Toivonen and Rosetti, who won with there first start at Ypres. This result of Meeke can be very high rated! Batle until the end. Pitty Jan Kopecky slowed down because of concentration problems because of the accident and because he lost time behind Vouilloz (2x).

Live stages on TV, the intense battle between Meeke and Loix, I think that maybe we can resume this rally with this gif:

In spanish Eurosport, they said that Citroën is trying to get the services from Kris, what's true on this?

Might have something to do with the statement Quesnel made earlier this year when he said he's keeping an eye on Meeke with regard to new regulations in 2011.Quote:

Superb rally ! So many cars and great coverage (although we missed the punctures xD !)
Kudos to Van den Heuvel with the Lancer Evo X ... fast and spectacular, reminds me of the early Gigi Galli !

Made a tad better at first service, with some tank foam !!! but still ended up a off junction slip road for a minute or so in the dark on the last Friday stage,, along with the lack of commitment on the quicker bits !!!
Spun the car on the last hairpin on SS9, when we recon first gear stripped in the gearbox, as game over for us i am afraid !!
If anyone has any shots of the Fiesta, they would be appriaciated !!
Was a pleasure to applaud Kris back in the square last night,, Very well done,,
Felt sorry for Guy going out on SS5, after a long chat in a restaurant Monday evening,, The Proton certainly looked impressive
