Stefan Hodgetts, should have made the grade a couple of years ago...What about Ed Pead, there are so many drivers that could have or should have made it, but that is motorsport for ya...

As for next year as long as Neal gets punted off first turn first lap ,first race, I will be happy.........Sorry MN fans.

More dieselas, and how about a race in Wales, I know the season has been set but soon, Wales has got to be included. It is in Britain.

In Autosport Chilton says that there is a '3rd manufacturer set to come in' and "I'd like to be with them. I'm confident but nothing is signed. If it happens it will be very good. I've got a massive sponsor on the side, and if the works deal does not come off, I'll race with them."

I presume he is talking about the Arena Fords.....

MAX-THRUST, I dont think there will be a race in Wales for a long time, the two tracks they have dont have the facilities to cater for TOCA.

Would be so great to have Ford's back in the BTCC and in the championships 50th anniversary as well.

I would like to see Oli in a touring car

the problem with O'Neil and Collard is that they hardly set the trck alight on thier respective returns did they! Even smith got more out of the Leon then Collard did. I all up for having the old scvhool drivers back, but not O'Neil and Collard, but Ried and Thompson and the likes of that.

I would love to see Reidy back, although I can't ever see it happening! It was also nice to see a couple more international drivers in Menu and Coronel at the weekend! Bring back Rickard Rydell!! :D

I agree about Collard. To be fair, though, O'Neill was in a car that hasn't been all that competitive this year, and in a big field with little attrition it was always going to be hard to get into the points.
