Now things get exciting, really excited about Abbring.
Don't think you can expect much from him though, first time in a WRC car and first time on snow. But it will be interesting indeed.
I guess this is the best event for Sordo to miss, so in a way he 'timed' it quite well. It's still unfortunate though. Hope he recovers quickly.

Interesting indeed and let's hope Abbring can show his great adaptability with being quite fast after some stages with the i20.

That's the worst thing could happen to Abbring right now IMO. First time in a WRC car after very few time he drive it, plus first time in snow means his times will be way worst than in a proper debut with proper preparation and in a surface he is used to... It could not be that good for the mental side
Ha, was excited to find out that Abbring will be driving, but hadn't realised that it was at Sordo's expense. Probably better long-term investment for Hyundai though, give the youngster a chance to learn on a surface that Sordo is never going to excel on.
Clearly not going for the result or they would have called Hanninen, I'm sure.
