Is Arzeno not starting so ? any picture of the car ?

Yes he is but with a DS3 and took the number of Cherain who's not starting but it was easy to do so because it was a teammate and was with same car in the same class, easy solved..

Flodin looked spectacular on the shakedown, let's see how he does in the rally proper.
