You can easily hear the engine of the 406 comes from a Kit-car(Xsara or 306)...magic sound :bounce:

Well known IRC driver Nicolas Vouilloz could start the Critérium des Cévennes(8-10th november), penultimate round of french tarmac championship in a 207 S2000(rumour only for now) :)

Nicolas Vouilloz will run this week-end Rallye des Monts Dôme(held in center of France - rally in mountains)in a rent 207 S2000 in order to prepare Criterium des Cevennes penultimate round of french tarmac championship :)

Victory won't be easy for him, as one of his main contenders will be Ludovic Gal running in a whale(Wrcs engines are known to be better than S2000 ones with more torque/turbo in mountain roads) ;)

This coming week-end is the Finale de la Coupe de France des Rallyes, held this year around Dunkerque(northern France, not far from Belgium and even UK) :)

I'm going to visit that event. A lot of nice cars on the entry list, hopefully they will be driven in anger.
I've been to Belgian rallies in that region, but never into France. I hope the roads and terrain are similar with fast sweeping corners and long lines of sight.

Craziest rumour ever !!!!! Mikko Hirvonen could run Rallye du Var, last round of french tarmac championship, against Sébastien Loeb(both in their WRCs of course) :eek: :eek: :crazy:


If it's true, one word: FANTASTIC :D

Another rumour, polish F1 driver Robert Kubica could debute his Skoda Fabia WRC there too...
