It was a Belgium scourse with inside information on the Skoda rally activities, so my guess was RGRS

Nasser Al Attiyah has entered Rally Scotland, probably with his Subaru but maybe with a Fabia S2000.

A brand new Fabia S2000 was sent from Skoda to Dubai two weeks ago. So maybe that fits together.
