Apparently Hirvonen changed the set up for today but it turned out to be worse, especially in slow corners. So, he officially gave up and consentrate on keeping Petter behind him. Congrats Jari-Matti, all you have to do now is to nurse the car home :)

Well on SS19 at last split Mikkelsen was 8 secs ahead of Ogier and at same time with P.G. Then at the finish he was only 3 ahead of Ogier and 7 behind P.G. yet he didn't say anything about it in the interview.

Then on SS20 he was 8 secs behind Ogier and telling in interview how everything was much better?

suddenly Andersson is faster than Mikkelsen and Ogierat ss19 and at ss 20 very near to Ogier and faster to Mikkelsen.Team orders obviously as andersson doesn t hunting somebody

With Mads halving the distance to Solberg there's at least something to watch on the second leg.
Hopefully there won't be any team orders, don't quite see the reason for them actually. Manufacturers point will stay the same even if they switch no?
As for drivers points Solberg realistically doesn't have a chance to win the title based on speed.

maybe they just told him not to do stupid mistakes (which he often does) because he is however not competing for anything while VW wants to vaunt with good result of its both cars?

Thats not what I would have said after monte!! Every rally driver is only as good as his last rally after all!
