Exactly, he did not heard the next car coming... :-(
That was a marshall, not a spectator.

A new encyclopedic book has been published on the history of rallying in Romania. Here's a statistic on overall rally wins for both drivers and co-drivers :
Romanian Rally Championship (1969 - 2011)
SS1 of Bosch rallye (ÖRM) will start in a couple of minutes, results will be here Bosch Super Plus Rallye - oerm-timing
Tire choice might be critical, there were heavy thunderstorms yesterday and heavy rain this morning, now the rain is over but still damp, maybe good for Baumschlager, who is on Pirellis......we will see, i expect full attack of Harrach, if he wont win this one its gonna be very hard to win the championship again.
No real surprise after 6 stages of Bosch Superplus Rallye...Harrach in front of Baumschlager :p :
Kuipers crashed, crew are ok.Quote:

Yes, it is his home rally as he lives and is born in Sulingen. Lara Vanneste is again his co-driver, so she gives him extra speed. :DQuote:

Kobus lost his lead because he hit something and then the radiator leaked. Wevers is fighting back, a shame we already lost 3 favorites.
And the champion for 2012 is: R.Baumschlager!Quote:

They are starting to show the next stages results of Rallye Sollinger Land, and you can see Christian and Lara are still in the lead after SS9 ;)
News SS10 Sollinger Land though
Dennis Kuipers and his co-pilot both broke a vertebra (their back) at their crash at the 3rd stage. The co-pilot gets surgery today, Dennis maybe tomorrow.
I wish them a good and speedy recovery :mark:
PS: no time for SS6 yet but apparently they work on it(soon, we should get times)...
We now have results Rallye Sollinger Land until SS11 ;)
What happened to Erik Wevers ??? He was third, threatenning Swaanen for 2nd place but suddenly was 4th then 5th(SS12)
Again... Do You know the type of crash?Quote:
