I haven't heard the soundtrack but the male and female equivalents are similar, although as you say it is common for French males to have a female saint's name as the second hyphenated name. We need a francophone to tell us whether the pronounciation is a male or female inflection. (Too subtle for my schoolboy French to distinguish I'm sure)
Plenty of us Brits call Mikko "Hirvo" too

Also JML has some female mimics.

Watch the incar videos on wrc.com and both factory citroens are talking 0.5s off the fords from the start line to the first corner. Hardly incredible talent flooring a car off the startline

How can you say that the Citroen boys were flooring it from the start line in the stage? Ford were taking it easy when the light went green?! I don't think so, they'd be flooring the pedal to the metal as well,.... But are the Fiesta's as fast off the line as the DS3's????
