Not that easy.. check your PM's.
for 1/43rd scale I would say £15 and under is a good bargain £15-£30 is reasonable and normally the best quality and £30 and over is what I would say was a rip off.
For an Onyx model i would look to pay 10 to 15 pounds, less than a tenner and thats a bargain. Racing Replica models are rare, especially the Cavaliers, they will fetch quite a bit of money providing a few bidders are very keen.
Indeed i would rate the different cavalier models among the most desired and expensive models around, add the 1995 Mondeo's and 95/96 Volvo 850's to that bracket too. Then comes the even more desired and expensive Volvo 850 estate of lammers and Rydell, also the Alfa 155 of 94 champion Tarquini, these often fetch 50 quid plus, and that Alfa is one car that has eluded me for many years, i just dont want to pay that much for one. The 95 and 96 BMW's also command a premium, they are pretty rare though, as is the 96 Audi A4, you dont see many of those on eBay.
What price are these changing hands for do you know?Quote:

I was lucky, i bought my 96 Winklehock for about 40 pounds from a German shop. As for my 95 Ceccoto, i believe i payed the going rate, about 60 pounds.
I only buy Onyx Models with the certificate of authentication with them. I dont know whether spark or minichamps etc have certificates with them? I will post my list in a bit
Minichamps, have the model number printed on the cardboard box, not sure about Spark, i only have two Spark models, the 2004 Carl Breeze Alfa, and an ETCC BMW.
Ps, if anyone would like to view my updated and extensive list, pm me and i will send it via that, its a fairly large list now, a bit too long for posting here.

Sorry, list I already have, looking to add to it all the time. Have just purchased:
Onyx Alain Menu Renault Laguna 97
I know there arent many 'rare' models there but some are worth more than others based on driver popularity and/or recent seasons cars.
Always looking on ebay for the Colin Turkington and Tom Onslow-Cole BMW
You never know...
Ive always found it hard to find BTCC models so I never bothered and I collect rally models mainly. Ive got the 2007 Giovanardi and I want to get the three VXR Vectras from this year too.
I have nearly all the models from 1993-2004.
I only need the following.
1993 Matt Neal BMW by Racing Replicas
1995 Paul Radisich Mondeo by Racing Replicas
1995 Kelvin Burt Mondeo by Racing Replicas
1996 Kelvin Burt Volvo by Minichamps
1998 Rickard Rydell by Onyx.
I don't have Gio's Vectra as I don't like the quality very much of the Oxford Diecast version.
When you say MODELS, do you mean just Diecasts or kits as well?Quote:

Just started my newest project - converting my 5 Lexus IS200 models to the BTCC cars. Im thinking of doing Richard Williams 05, Chris Stockton 06/07, Adam Jones 06 and Mark Jones or Darren Dowling 06.
does anyone know what the Carl breeze 156s are changing hands for? and where I can find one?
I "sold" mine for £15 last year on eBay. Buyer didn't respond to the card in his door from the post office telling him he'd missed a delivery, so I refunded him and it was returned to me a month later by the post office. Glad I didn't lose it now, it's a rare post-1999 BTCC model after all.
Just out of interest How much would a mint condition and boxed set of these 2 cars fetch?Quote:

I personally would pay anything up to 50 pounds for the pair of them. But they would probably go for a lot moreQuote:

I'd pay anything up to £100 for both of them, but it doesn't matter, as sadly they just never seem to be available :(Quote:

Shame they never released them commercially.
Id be willing to trade in my RAC membership - which with a car like mine is a worth a lot to me!

Just thought I would help u you guys out abit, not that you need helping...
Just wondering are there that many 1:43 Honda Integra's out there to apply those decals to?
ive got one but it needs to be resprayed. Im not sure what company made it but its a black one with the big rear spoiler.
Could well be AutoArt. They have quite a few Integras in their range
There are still quite a few 1/43 Integras available, there are a couple on ebay at the moment, the best one to get is the EBBRO model Verno Shin racing version because this one has the correct wheels and it's the one I used to do my conversionsQuote:

Any tips on using a spray gun? My first attempt was fine (better than painting with a brush as my first models were) but not spectacular.
