Again a real dilemma on what times Breen and Evans should get. They lost quite a bit of time on the stage before, but so did Suninen who got 2nd time in this stage. So how to decide what they should get now? I would say giving him them better than Neuville's time wouldn't be fair.

If they start giving 20s penalties we might get more time difference from how drivers drive AFTER the finish line on a 1km stage than how they drive trough whole day on stages....

I would just call it "stupid solution". It's not clear for drivers and now to start deciding rally (and maybe championship) results based on that is just stupid.

You need to follow the road book even on the liaisons. But the finish line should have been after the chicane, it's stupid like this.

⚠️ Retired ⚠️ An easy service went wrong, and we had an oil leak on our way out as a consequence from the service. We managed to find it and fix it, but now there is another issue. I have no power in the engine. The maximum time is out, so that's it. @walesrallygb is over #gutted

Anyway roadbook/recce should decide, as mentioned the whole setup of putting finish line "ahead" of a chicane is retarded in the first place.
Also great that we don't see more than first 6 cars trough...
It is complete clear what was the correct route. There is even an arrrow sign there pointing to the left. All going straight for sure will be penalized as they got an advantage. Also the liaison starts after the finish timecontrol.
Are we really getting the slow replays and terrible music between stage end and interview for every car now? That's awful. That was for me another thing that made all live better than live tv, the lack of that. Not the case now it seems..
