So Neuville has an engine issue, and also his door was open and he's hurt his arm...

I just noticed Toyota painted the top dive planes white, the stickers don't look as weird now.
no Tanaks car had a different mapping and hadnt got same problem.
Is it clear now who is ''spamming post too fast without thinking''?
thats the reason i firstly asked that i didnt understand Tanaks answer, because he didnt answer clear if he had or not engine overheat problems.
that was my post
But you preffered to answer without having a clue mixing average speeds, previous stages etc
Neuville receiving more and more attention to that injured arm.
Neuville trebled his time loss to Ogier on that SSS after keeping close all morning... no wonder he's fuming.
Meeke vs plant pot hahaha.
This stage is much better than Saarbrucken
Lol, Meeke didn't like the plant pots so took action into his own hands ;)

Meeke vs Mexican bushes Episode 2 :D
Anyone notice that Evans seat looked like it was nearly outside the door line if the car at the end of the street-stage? Didn't look good at all...
I'll say it now.. Loeb will come back next year for a full season and win number 10.
T16 . . . That's the safety pad between the door and drivers head, not the seat, it's meant to be there.
So am I right that, discounting Loeb, the only works driver to not win a stage this season is JML?
Fucking hell.... can we criticise Desbrough here, or does it need to be on the WRC+ thread?... he really is a complete dick.
Ooh Tanak saying it's exactly the same for him and Jari. Jari won't like that, whether it's true or not ;)

Tanak now clearly describe all situation. All three cars have same problems.
Do the Toyota cars' engine management systems have sensors for the altitude or an oxygen sensor etc?
Well all the cars should have O2 sensors... I think the ECU's are seeing knock and backing off timing, turning off Anit-Lag etc.
Evans retire for today due to Dan health checks
Dan Barrit not doing great. Feeling unwell, concussed. So that's Evans out if so

Sounds like bad news for Dan and so a big blow to Evans yet again this year.. :(
Hope Dan will be OK!
His co-driver Nicolas Gilsoul tells us the unfortunate episode. "The morning was good in real specials, we just had a very short special in town where we had engine misfires, and it looks like gas pressure like last year. the special as a snail and we lost about twenty seconds in the adventure. He had to activate a security mode and he had to open his door to do the manipulation. The door closed several times on his arm so it him "It was painful for him," Gilsoul told the microphone of our colleague Olivier Gaspard, special correspondent of RTBF in Mexico.
And to add: "We would have done well of this technical problem. The biggest challenge will be to make a reset in his head in about fifty minutes not to do stupid things during the afternoon."
The co-pilot from Neuville also detailed the scan for us. "The sweeping in Mexico is very localized, there are more sandy and some more earthy portions, some places are artificially repaired so it's very changeable, it should be better during the afternoon." he concluded.

UPDATE #Neuville: we identified an unforeseen over consumption of fuel in @thierryneuville’s car which caused a loss of fuel pressure in SS5. Thierry is now on the way to the afternoon loop of stages. #WRC #HMSGOfficial #RallyMexico
Any word on tyre choices for the crews?

Apparently Evans thought the car 'would be in bits' as the crash and roll felt so hard...
I heard Loeb is going to take some hards?!?
Fri 15:35 - Evans update 2/3 Wilson also reveals what he knows about the crash: "It's a bit confusing because it happened at very high speed. Elfyn managed to control the car after the bump, but went wide on the next corner and hit a bank. He believes he rolled, but looking at the television coverage its hard to see whether it rolls or not. There is extensive damage to the left-hand side and quite a lot of damaged suspension. From the look of some of the fractured components it was clearly a very big impact."
Why I'm listening to Makinen when all the guys are in the stage....
Βoth Meeke and Loeb
Tyres choice made: 5 Michelin Hard for our crews this afternoon!
