Young trees are but as a carpenter, I know that birch is harder wood than evergreens. But what matters to carpenter's blade is of little consequence to 1200kg rally car traveling at speed.

⚠️ Ott and Martin went off the road on SS3 of Rally Finland. Ott is ok, however Martin will be taken to hospital for further checks. We will provide more updates when possible.

Yes, birch is not soft wood, and good rootsystem. Lots of small birches can be a nice speedbrake, one big is not.

Why was this idiot clapping his hands or smth? I understand that there was some action but in that big crash it it wasn't really in place...

Seems that SS3 is canceled now and SS4 posponed to 10:59.
